Greenings Green Warrior! Let me take you on a culinary adventure back to 2019 when we hosted a recipe demonstration featuring a delightful treat called Frushi. It was an absolute blast watching attendees roll up their sleeves (and their Frushi) and dive into this colorful and delicious creation. Now, let me share the recipe with you so you can recreate the magic at home!

Ingredients: Choose you favorite fruits like:

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Your Ingredients: Cut up your favorite fresh fruits into bite-sized pieces. Get creative and mix and match your favorite flavors!
  2. Soften the Rice Wraps: Dip the rice wrap briefly in a bowl of water until it becomes pliable.
  3. Assembly Time: Place the moistened rice wrap on a flat, water-resistant surface. Add your desired fruits on the second quarter of the rice wrap.
  4. Roll it Up: Roll up the rice wrap like a burrito, tucking in the sides as you go. Make sure to roll it tightly to keep everything together.
  5. Slice and Serve: Once rolled, slice the Frushi into bite-sized pieces like sushi rolls.
  6. Optional Chocolate Dipping Sauce: While Frushi is delicious on its own, we couldn’t resist adding a decadent touch with a chocolate dipping sauce. Click here for the recipe!
