
Ingredients:
1 ½ Cup Oat Flour
½ Cup Rolled Oats
1 Tsp Baking Powder (non-aluminum)
1 TBSP Ground Cardamon
1 Cup Orange Juice or 1 Orange, peeled
1 Cup Raw, Unsalted Walnuts
1 Cup Raisins
¼ Cup Ground Chia Seed
1 TBS Cinnamon
Instructions:
Mix ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Place mixture in a 9 X 12 Baking pan lined with parchment paper or silicone mat.
Microwave for 6 minutes.
Your microwave may vary. You may have to flip them over and cook for 1 more minute.
You can also bake as cookies in oven or a silicone mat lined cookie sheet in the oven @350 for 30 minutes
Great for breakfast or dessert!

hello. for the no oil mushroom recipe, can you link to Rick’s Special Sauce…I assume that is the dressing in the jar?? and what is a good sub for the penzey spice you mentioned? thank you!
