
Ingredients:
1 ½ Cup Oat Flour
½ Cup Rolled Oats
1 Tsp Baking Powder (non-aluminum)
1 TBSP Ground Cardamon
1 Cup Orange Juice of 1 Orange, peeled
1 Cup Raw, Unsalted Walnuts
1 Cup Raisins
¼ Cup Ground Chia Seed
1 TBS Cinnamon
Instructions:
Mix ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Place mixture in a 9 X 12 Baking pan lined with parchment paper or silicone mat.
Microwave for 6 minutes.
Your microwave may vary. You may have to flip them over and cook for 1 more minute.
You can also bake as cookies in oven or a silicone mat lined cookie sheet in the oven @350 for 30 minutes
Great for breakfast or dessert!
You can make your own oat flour by processing dry, rolled oats in a food processor with an s-blade. I like to use this mini food processor for small batches. It is also great for chopping raw onions, fennel, radishes, and for ricing broccoli or cauliflower! I love to put those ingredients in my big chopped salads.
