I had this at a potluck dinner. I quadruple this recipe and make weekly in my Vitamix.
It is great with sushi, salads and stir-fry!
- ½ cup raisins
- ¼ cup walnuts
- ½ cup water
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp (low / no salt) Dijon mustard
1. Blend all ingredients in a high-powered blender or food processor until smooth.
