It is great with sushi, salads and stir-fry! Keeps in refrigerator for up to one week!
Ingredients:
- ½ cup raisins
- 1/8 cup raw, unsalted walnuts
- 1/8 cup raw, hemp seeds
- ½ cup water
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp (low / no salt) Dijon mustard
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients in a high-powered blender or food processor until smooth.
This dressing can be used to season cooked vegetables as well. Check out my Sautéed Mushrooms!
