Rick’s Parmigiana Cheeze – Plant Based


2/3 Cup non-fortified Nutritional Yeast

½ Cup Raw, Unsalted Nuts (any combination of Almond, Cashew, Brazil or Walnuts)

¼ TSP Onion Powder (unsalted)

¼ TSP Garlic Powder (unsalted)

1 TBS Table Tasty (or your favorite salt substitute)


Place ingredients into a standing blender or food processor with S-Blade.

Pulse till crumbly. If you pulse too much, it will turn into a paste!

Store in a glass container

in the refrigerator for up to a month or in the freezer.
