Freeze 5 very ripe bananas (without skin, cut into quarters).
In high speed blender:
5 Frozen bananas
2 Tablespoons cocoa or cacao powder
1 Teaspoon almond butter (just blended almonds, no salt or other chemicals)
2 cups water
Blend for about 30 – 60 seconds.
Serve immediately as soft serve or place in pop molds overnight.
