Burrito Bowl Instructions
- Cook quinoa to your preferred method of cooking, set aside.
- In a large bowl add the quinoa, black beans, red onions, bell peppers, corn, salsa, avocados, pickled jalapeño and juice, and lime juice.
- Gently toss everything until well coated.
- Feel free to substitute the quinoa with brown rice or any other grain.
- Feel free to substitute the black beans.
