Hi I’m Amy. My husband Rick & I adopted a Whole Plant lifestyle in 2012. We have had fantastic health results. Together, we’ve lost over 130 pounds! Nan is an author, speaker, and certified health and lifestyle coach. She is also a culinary trainer, teaching from her own whole food plan-based lifestyle, and the influence of her Plant Based Nutrition certificate from the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies at eCornell. She is a proud Associate Member of the College of Lifestyle Medicine and is deeply entrenched in their pillars of health for lifelong wellness. Having experienced her own recovery story, and as a health coach at a lifestyle medical practice started by Dr. Wayne Dysinger, a founding member and past president of the College of Lifestyle Medicine, her work there has strengthened her evidence-based conviction that those who prioritize and practice the pillars of lifestyle medicine can bypass 80% of the chronic diseases, and painful disabilities, that currently plague our society.
