Ingredients

Optional:

Instructions

  1. In a high-powered blender combine all of the ingredients, including the soaking water for the dates, and blend until silky smooth.
  2. If you wish to drizzle it over strawberries, etc., add extra water, a tablespoon or so at a time,
(up to ~5 tablespoons total), to achieve the right consistency, (a semi-thick sauce rather than a stiff dip).

You can put this more liquid version in a squeeze bottle.

Store in a glass container, in the refrigerator.
  3. Delicious on Chocolate Cupcakes!
