Quinoa Crust Pizza Ingredients

Cashew Cheese Ingredients

Quinoa Crust Pizza Instructions

  1. Soak quinoa in water for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  2. Strain quinoa and rinse then add to a blender with the 1/2 cup water, baking powder, salt substitute and Italian seasonings.
  3. Blend until smooth!
  4. Spread crust mixture onto a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat, careful not too make it too thin! Make edges thicker like a pizza crust.
    Bake at 425f for 12 minutes, flip over the crust and bake for another 12 minutes.
  5. Cashew Cheese Instructions

  6. Blend ingredients then transfer to a sauce pan. Whisk over medium heat continuously for 4-5 minutes until it becomes thick and stringy!
  7. Spread tomato sauce or romesco sauce on top of the baked pizza crust, followed by the cashew cheese and your toppings of choice.
  8. Transfer back into the over for 7-10 more minutes then enjoy!

  11. Bake multiple pizza crusts ahead of time and freeze. Now you can add tomato sauce, cheeze and toppings to bake for your next pizza!
