Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In high speed blender process Cocoa, Water & Date Paste
  2. With large servings spoon, Mix in Oats and Nuts
  3. Mix in Peanut Butter
  4. Should be thick dough consistency
  5. Spoon into a silicone mold:
  6. Freeze for 6 hours or overnight (or until firm).
  7. Pop out of silicone mold and enjoy or freeze in freezer safe containers. (I prefer glass over plastic).
