For many people, food is an important element in the whole Superbowl day. Recreational eating can be fun and healthy.
My family and I will be watching the S.B. on TV (well, I’ll be watching the half-time show). Today, I am figuring out the snacks.
I looked through the recipe files on this blog and decided to make the BAKED FALAFEL WITH TZATZIKI SAUCE. I will also be making Sushi Rolls, air popped, popcorn and Frushi Rolls (with chocolate sauce of course!) . For the drinks we will have cold Hibiscus Tea with ginger and cinnamon.
