Red Lentil Curry Dahl Whole Food Plant Based SOS Free! Ingredients

Second set of ingredients

Red Lentil Curry Dahl Whole Food Plant Based SOS Free! Instructions

  1. Turn on exhaust fan.
  2. On medium heat, pre-heat large, deep frying pan
  3. Test pan with a splash of water – it is hot enough when water turns to little balls that roll in pan.
  4. Saute Garlic, Serrano green chili peppers, Ginger, Coriander, Curry Powder – Salt Free, Turmeric, Salt Substitute & Garam Masala – Salt-Free
  5. Use small spoonfuls of either Mushroom liquid from Rick’s recipe, vegetable broth or water to deglaze anything that sticks.
  6. Add Tomato Sauce – Salt Free &
    Red Lentils
  7. Add additional Mushroom liquid from Rick’s recipe, vegetable broth or water to cover lentils.
  8. Cover and stir occasionally till lentils are softened and cooked.
  9. Mix in coconut milk (omit for low fat version)
  10. Garnish with fresh cilantro or your favorite greens.
