Hi I’m Amy. My husband Rick & I adopted a Whole Plant lifestyle in 2012. We have had fantastic health results. Together, we’ve lost over 130 pounds! “In 2019 I watched a documentary called “Raw” that changed my life. It spoke of people healing conditions, everything from allergies to skin conditions to cancer and type 2 diabetes That same evening, after eating the standard American diet of meat and dairy my entire life, I adopted a raw food diet. In roughly 30 days I began to see changes. I had lots of energy & then that year I had no seasonal allergies that I had since a young child and they have never returned in over 4 years. I reversed chronic back pain that I had since late teens. I lost over 50 lbs and have kept it off & I haven’t had cold or flu in over 4 years. 6 months in I moved to whole food plant based and other versions of the vegan diet however I returned to raw foods on June 11th with a fruit based raw food diet based on information I learned of our bodies optimal diet  & this is where I will stay as it is when I feel at my absolute best optimal health. When I discovered this miracle of hidden information that myself and others were healing, with plants, it became my life’s passion to help others get this information to regain their health and live their best healthiest quality of life. I have a free Facebook group where I offer tips, fb lives, answer questions and share information to help others on their plant based journey. I had a spiritual type awaking too when I connected how important it is to save animals from suffering and save our planet with this vegan lifestyle. I spend every moment I have researching and studying nutrition & what our bodies are meant to eat. I became a Certified Plant Based ambassador with Wedidit Health to help me help others navigate plant based living. I have 2 shows called Amazing Plantzformationz & Meatless Monday where I share mine and others journeys to their life changes and interview experts in the field of plant based and raw food living. I love hearing and sharing healing stories. I recently began a 6 week coaching program and other programs coming soon to help people get healthy.”
