DIY Aloe Vera Skincare Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 fresh aloe vera leaf or 2 tablespoons pure aloe vera gel if fresh is not available
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil (optional, for extra hydration)
- 2-3 drops lavender essential oil (for calming effects)
- 1-2 drops tea tree essential oil (for its antibacterial properties)
Instructions:
- Harvest the Gel: Cut off a fresh aloe vera leaf and slice it open. Scoop out the clear gel using a spoon.
- Mix the Ingredients: In a small bowl, combine the pure aloe vera gel with the coconut oil (if using). Add the lavender essential oil and tree essential oil.
- Blend: Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined.
