Ingredients For Coleslaw Be Green With Amy

  • Ingredients For The Dressing Be Green With Amy

Instructions For Coleslaw Be Green With Amy

  1. With shredding wheel, shred cabbage & carrot in food processor.
  2. Chop or dice onion (if you are using). I like to use this chopper.
  3. Mix all salad ingredients together in a large bowl. 
  4. In a high powered blender, blend non-dairy milk, apple, cashews and vinegar and toss with salad. 
  5. Garnish with raisins, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds walnuts and lightly toasted sesame seeds.
  6. Garnish with raisins, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds walnuts and lightly toasted sesame seeds.

Notes

  • *Lightly toast sesame seeds in a pan over medium heat for 4 minutes, shaking the pan frequently.
