4 cored apples – diced with skin
Banana – peeled
Fresh squeezed orange juice
Preheat Oven to 350.
Combine ingredients in a large bowl.
Put mixture In a baking tray lined with parchment paper or silpat.
Bake for 30 – 40 minutes or until tender.
