2 cups water (reserve 1/2 cup water for end)
1/2 cup oats
1/2 medium cauliflower, chopped
1 cup sliced carrots
1 Red (bell) Pepper, chopped
1/2 cup nutritional yeast
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp lemon juice
3 tbsp + 1/2 tsp of almond butter
- Fill a large pot with water, and bring to a boil. Add in the chopped cauliflower, carrots and bell pepper. Cook for 10-15 minutes, or until softened. Drain, and add to a food processor or high speed blender.
- Add in the remaining ingredients.
- Process/blend until smooth.
Blend (add more water if you want it to be thinner)
