  1. Just watched you on Chef AJ. I’m always checking out ‘cheese sauces’, so am wondering if the almond butter that you use in this recipe is raw that you make yourself in the food processor, or from the store, such as the Costco roasted one? Thank-you. I’ve tried the cauliflower cheese sauces in the past, but yours looks like a good balance of ingredients.

    1. Greenings Gail! We have tried several versions of almond butter. We now purchase it from a local, organic market. I am not sure if it is raw or roasted. The ingredients say “almonds”. Thanks for watching me on Chef AJ. I hope you enjoy the ‘cheese’ sauce recipe. Please be sure to sign up for my 5 FREE recipes https://BeGreenWithAmy.com/join Be Strong, Be Well and Be Green!🌱

  2. This is so different than any other cheese sauce recipes that I found!! I just have a question before I try to make it, are the cauliflower and bell pepper raw or cooked?
    Thanks!
